As of now no online method to register complaint for maternity benefits ot Labour Commissioner has been introduced. Hence you have to approach the Labour Commissioner of the area of your office. You can also send your claim with all supporting documents to LC by Speed Post A/D or Registered Post with A/D and subsequently follow up in person.
