Dear All, I was working with a Bangalore based organisation posted Delhi.
Due to Covid 19, my employers forced me to resign. After my continuous denial, they terminated me yesterday. Please share what all legal actions I can take?
Any email id for complaint filing in Delhi also for getting the compensation and job back.
Since labour offices are closed, when can I expect to hear from them after emailing them.
Thanks.

Dear friend,
What has happened to you is unfortunate. I recommend writing a letter to the MD of your company for the restoration of your services. Mark copy of this letter to Shri Gopal Rai, Minister Environment, Development, Labour & Employment, General Administration. Govt.of NCT Delhi. His Twitter handle is @AapKaGopalRai
Since the HO of your company is in Bangalore, mark the second copy of the letter to Shri S Suresh Kumar, Labour Minister, Government of Karnataka. His Twitter handle is @nimmasuresh
Since there is a lockdown, it may not be possible for you to take a printout. Therefore, just write a letter by hand. However, make sure that the handwriting is neat and easily readable.
