I am currently Pursuing PGDBA(HR) from Pune symbiosis Distance Learning, Well I am thinking to Pursue some additional course as currntly I am not getting the desired job, Previously I was working with a recruitment Company in Delhi, But its been a year i have shifted to Pune and i want to pursue some course , So Is this diploma course will be profitable for my carrer.(Diploma in Labour Law and Industrial relations)

you may do this from anywhere in India. The main concern is to understand these laws for compliance purposes. If you are interested in Delhi then you can do it from I L I (Indian Law institute) opposite Supreme court of India, Delhi.

For knowledge purpose you need to know basic laws and their impact and implementation related to statutory regulations for Corporate HR but if you are keen to make your career and work in Factories then this course would be very useful.

You can pursue regular course of DLL & LW and MLL & LW of Pune university through various institutes at Pune. Symbiosis University also offers DLL course. All these courses are regular courses.
