i am a senior manager in a construction company. We wish to extend training facilities to skilled and unskilled workmen in various disciplines of construction; and also to engineers, supervisors and managers. But I am not able to make a start. How should I go for it and succeed, in a time bound manner and also to continue the facility on regular basis?

As you plan to train both skilled and unskilled workers on various aspects of construction, I would say that the first thing you should start with is clearly identifying the areas in which you want to train each group of workers. For this you can make use of records available to you like accidents, grievances, scraps or self reports etc.Or you may want to train them on any new process or technology then you can go accordingly by hiring the concerned expert, if one is not available in house.
