what is your total service of employment? if it is more than 5 years or more than 7 years you can take a loan towards marriage or house, land construction, you can even use for medical emergency, but if your service is less than 5 years, you cannot withdraw your amount while you are in service.
the only option is to get PF amount is when you left the job.
