I want to know what other documents require with Monthly PF and ESI returns like covering etc. I know the forms require for the returns but i want to have a look on complete file the way we submit in ESI,PF with covering etc. IF someone can send me the complete file of the monthly,yearly, half yearly returns of PF and ESI at i will be thankful to him.

I am greatful to you for your response. But i am sorry to say that i know all this information. Actually i want a complete copy of returns.
For example :- i want to make pf monthly return. first of all i will attach 12A+ 5+10. i want to ask is their any requirement of covering on letter Head. because i belive we don't submit only form we submit complete file with letter head. Am i right. If i am right kindly send me the covering or other documents except forms in IF you can provide me your numer then i will contact you.
