Thanks for your replay.
As you suggest, current location is Ahmedabad, and company is in the category of software development, and for compilation of my project I will required 10-15 employees including project manager, team leader and rest are developers, minimum probation period should be 6 month...

Hi Sagar,
I think First of all you will have to register your company.then make arrangements for suitable premises and furniture and all.You can hire a lawyer and CA for legal formalities.If u want to hire HR person its your wish.Policies you can design according to your needs and employees welfare.Most of the IT companies have saturdays off or alternate saturday off.You can hire on two basis :Permanent or contractual.You have to decide as you want to hire freelancer or not.For bringing project BDM will also be required.so decide and design company accordinglyThere are many policies as leave policy,code and conduct,Exit policy and lots of options as per requirements.You can research on above menu search option and edit it accordingly. If u need any help further you can contact me.

Hi Lavika.
I like your answer. I had registered company, in government section. Also, working is start but from now we are moving good and in future I need some proper solution regarding new project approval with clients and, terms need to maintain for employee regarding their work, leave, and all.
As we all know in india have a lots of festival, and in this I am confuse for which days I should declare holiday for company and regarding same, how to convie clients as at same time our non Indian client doesn't have these kind of holidays, and in these cases they can cutoff our payment....
Any Idea about this. And yah as you suggest I should hire legal advisor, or some HR person.

Hi Sagar,
You should make a list of holidays in the current year including the main religious festivals and national holidays, then you can forward your list of holidays to clients so that they can plan and schedule the work and provide you the same in a scheduled manner. Further, make such leave polices which avoid casual leaves of the employees and compel them to give prior intimation. You can make teams of employees to work in job rotation so that each employee can work for every profile in the team, the team should achieve the specific target with in specific time limit even in the absence of any member for this you can introduce some incentive plans which encourage then to work efficiently and effectively.
