Dear all,

Please guide on creating an HR department in a beverage factory. I have 2 years of experience in HR. I am very proficient in induction, attendance, leave, recruitment, performance appraisal, exit policy, medical, and admin. I know the format for the above, but currently, I don't have an updated one. Besides this, what else do I need? Do I have to create HR policies? What legal processes do I have to follow for PF, ESIC, Gratuity? What are the other processes a factory needs? What forms will I need? How do I calculate it and where do I submit these forms, like PF in the PF office? I don't have an idea about the updated calculation or any changes made in the law, like the PF rate of interest change.

Please guide me on payroll as well. How do I manage it?
