Dear All,
I am working for a co. in which regional office is located in Bangalore and other marketing staff (field) are working in different states. There are some factories also in some states and all these factories are covered under ESIC. I want to know:
1. Whether we have to take a new code for the co. in the states where the factories are situated ?
2. Other states where there are no factories whether we have to take a separate code for the employer ?
Please Guide...
Regards,
Sunil.

Morning Sunil !
Yes certainly you have to take a different code from the regional office of the Zone where your branch falls. While the answer to your second question is -- not required.

Dear Sunil,
Greetings!
With the existing code(Form C11) of Regional office u can go for Sub Code for ur branch office where the employee strength must be more than 15.
If the employee strength is less than 15, u can take ESI card from Regional office(Bangalore) and ask the employee to get the benefits from bangalore itself. But in this case there will be a disadvantage also bcoz if there are 10 employee working in Hyd, they have to come to Bangalore to get the benefits of ESI.
If there is any othetr query, u can ask.
