The presntation is very useful. But I want you to guide me with the questions to be put in 360 appraisal. We are planning to handle 360 app in April for which I have to make questionnaire to be filled in it. Actualy we are doing this for the first time and also my first exp. So it would be nice if you can provide me formats and questions.

(A&R) Act
(2) What is the licence fee and whom we have to contact for it. The Factory Inspector or Labour Commissioner or Regional Labour Commissioner

Dear All,
I am M.B.A Graduate, my specialisation is HR with Finance. Actually i did my M.B.A through Part time regular. I have 6yrs experience in admin side but not in HR or Finance. I have only educational knowledge in HR or Finance. I want to switch over my carrier to HR or Finance. But iam lacking in work experience. Where ever i go iam facing rejection b'coz of lack in work experience.
At present iam working with Leighton India as a Front office administrator. It is a Australian based Construction company.
Only after joining with this company i received my final year result. I have produced my certificate with a covering letter stating that i have completed my M.B.A. to the Management. But there is no response from
the Management. Also there are lots of politics happening inside.
I don't know what to do further. can anyone suggest me a good move.
