Be Update towards norms,legal points,discussions of hr,
U must be working some where as h.r or willing to get hr job,
have interest in knowing people,their problems, comapanies rules & regulations,
Deep knowledge of H.R policies,Factories Act, compensations, Gratuity,P.F.,Labour Laws,Safety & Security provisons for industries,factories, companies,legal forms,liablities of H.R. department,recruitment process,selection,screening,appointments,leaves,wa ges act, and thousands of related mandatory topics.
have deep reading of h.r journals,materials
