Aadhar Card is not mandatory. It is voluntary. So, don’t make it compulsory for one and all. You should be concerned only with the ID proof, whatever the employee is able to provide.

Aadhar card is not mandatory but if service is less then 05 years and amount is above 30,000/- Rs. then PAN card is mandatory.
But, Nepal employees have not PAN card.
In Nepal is only one ID - Nepal citizen Card.
As per EPF act Nepal employees are not international worker.
So, how he can withdraw his EPF amt.
Kindly revert.
