visit the PRO, UAN is already alloted but either he has to check it online on portal by filling all data or visit the PRO to get the UAN

In the absence of UAN number, it shall be difficult for you to claim PF digitally (that is through ONLINE). Better you apply off-line mode. Fill up Composite Claim Form (Non-Aadhaar) in Form No.19, Attach copy of Bank passbook and photocopy of your Aadhar card (both self-attested) and
also attach a cancelled cheque leaf alongwith the claim form. The claim form should be counter-signed by the Employer where s/he worked last. You can submit these to PF office and within one week, admissible PF F&F amount shall be credited to the Bank account.
