I need a formal letter for employment agreement if employee will join the company they can’t leave before 6 months, if they will leave the company will not provide any documents and salary.

Dear Sunakshi,
The employee is eligible to get the salary till his last working day. Quitting the employment before six months cannot be the ground for forfeiture of the salary. No labour permits that.
However, whether to issue the employment-cum-service certificate or not is your call. Condition for the issue of employment certificate can be mentioned in the appointment letter itself. No need to make a separate agreement over and above the appointment letter.
