Please help me know if there are any laws governing recruitment in the organizations.It can be with respect to Indian Laws or globally accepted standards that may be followed by top recruitment firms or big organizations for senior and experienced (min experience 5 years and above) staff recruitment. Also wanted to know the legal aspects for processes followed after employee accepts the offer letter.I am currently making a study report on "Recruitment of Executives with 5 years Experience" where I have studied processes followed as part of recruitment however I am unable to identify whether they confirm with legal standards.Request help and direction in above matter.
