I aim at making seperate questinaires for the stores , head office and the H.R.team .

Hi Kriti!
Don't worry yaar. Its is very easy onece you are clear about the objectives of study. First you frame out what are your objectives in doing that project on a piece of paper and then just guess from your knowledge what may be the replies for your querries.
Or else just go through the book of "Business Research Methods" by
Donald R Cooper it helps u a lot. See the topic some where related the research tools. u will find how to frame a questionnaire and what are the different scales you can use.
If u still get any querries u can contact your guide along with that book.
