Dear Sir, Pls guide me- coverage of a unit was 06/2020, but we start to deposit the dues from 01/2021 because as per the new ESIC notification new member can only be enrolled on the portal within 10 days of his joining. We have failed to enter member data within 10 days and started the compliance from the date of registration instead of the date of appointment. Now we received a notice of noncompliance for the period 06/2020 to 12/2020. How can we deposit the dues for these months, by demand draft for omitted wages challan? Thanks.
