I have to design leave policy for an IT startup (Gurgaon based, 1 year old, 15 employees, 6 days/week working). I learned that there would be 16 EL for a 6 days/week working company. My questions
(1) what is the minimum number of CL and SL that must be given other than 16 EL?
(2) Is there any rule (central or Haryana govt) that specify minimum sick or casual or total leaves for employees of small IT company?
Kindly help me with these questions.
