All through my career, there was one area which always drew my attention where I see a large scope for improvement. Yes. The soft skills of the college pass outs who are ready to enter the professional world. This is a very very large area of work which never becomes 100 % accomplished. However, there are certain basic skills which is very critical for succeeding as a professional. Honestly, no corporate is greatly interested in only the subjective knowledge of their potential employee. They're more interested in the attitude and behavioral aspects.
