Surely, Being an analyst is not an easy task as analysis requires expertise in subject . It requires skills in fact finding, error reduction, Understanding Problems, Providing optimum solution from available alternatives, cost reduction etc.

Dear Kailash HR Solutions,
You could have told what type of HR Consulting services do you provide? For you it is important to develop or diversify the business. Therefore, within the HR domain the courses that are effective for regular HR professionals may not fulfil your purpose.
For you, the important question will be in what direction your company should go. Therefore, it is important for you to understand the strategic aspects of the business. Have you prepared the strategic plan for your company? When I say strategic plan, I mean to say have you used various the various tools of the business strategy and thereafter made a plan? Please do not mistake revenue target as the strategic plan.
Technological disruptions are happening at the breakneck speed. Therefore, the most important question for you is how to stay relevant in 2025 or 2030 or thereafter. Once you decide the strategic goal, then you may choose the HR course that will serve your purpose.
For the short term gain, you may do a course that helps you in ROI of your services. Measuring ROI of the HR interventions is a big challenge for HR. Therefore, by providing the ROI, you may be able to develop your right sales pitch.
Thanks,

Dear Kavita,
As written in my previous post, automation is happening in all the fields and recruitment is no exception. You may go through the following article published in Economic Times recently:
artificial intelligence: How artificial intelligence is reshaping recruitment, and what it means for the future of jobs - The Economic Times
The article will help you designing plans for your diversification or provide AI-enabled recruitment services to your clients.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
