Hello all.
I am employed in a PSU Bank as an officer employee (Scale-II).
I applied for a higher position in another PSU Bank and then after a while I applied for NOC with my Bank. In between no exercise related to recruitment took place.
Thereafter, I got call for interview and when I asked my Bank for interview I was told, I won't get one, as I had to apply for NOC at the time of applying for job only, however, it was not case in the past and also no formal denial/other communication in this regard was given.
So, I attended interview and has been selected. However, still my Bank is not ready to provide any NOC in this respect.
I believe Bank has no right to hold my NOC and career on such vague ground.
Therefore, I seek kind guidance of learned persons how to get NOC.
