Dear Guidance Seeker,
Every Employer is Now legally-liable / responsible to provide protection to to the Woman from Sexual Harassment at Workplace and create a Safe and Secure Workplace environment Where No Woman Shall be Subjected to Sexual Harassment.
Employer's Duties have been spelt out in Section 19 of SHWW Act 2013 which is applicable to every Establishment / Institutions.
Stringent Penalties are levied on those who are defying or violating the Statutory Provisions of the said Act which include Fine and or Cancellation of the Factory License or the Establishment Certificate.
One of the Ten Duties of Employer is to frame a Policy in alignment with the Statutory Provisions and Notify the same for compliance by all Employees and others.
Scripting the Text of the Policy is a Specialized job you may take help Subject matter Expert like Kritarth Team
Kritarth Team has Spl Educators as defined under the said Act who helped no of Companies / Management in Full Scale Compliance with all the Mandatory Provisions of the said Act like
1. Conducting Mandatory Twin (Two) Programs for the ICC Members namely i) Orientation Program and ii) Capacity & Skills Building Program;
