Dear Premlata,
You can tell the legal head to add the following points:
a) Code of conduct for the separation from the company
b) Handing/taking over at the time of separation from the company
c) Grievance handling mechanism
d) Protocol for communication within the company and out of the company
Yes, code of conduct is required but what are the rights of the employees? How it will be communicated? Secondly, what will be the monitoring mechanism to check whether the rights are not violated.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
