Dear friend,
The name board on the third door could embarrass participants, especially women participants. You wanted to do this activity right at the beginning of the training programme. However, if some trainer were to take up this game, the unintended signal could on the prurient corner of the personality of the trainer. Taking cue from the trainer, if participants also start exposing their prurience, in what direction the training programme will go? Are you prepared for this?
Above all, imagine for a while a woman trainer is conducting this kind of game. That could prove disaster as men participants could take undue advantage and start passing jokes with double entendre. As such no woman trainer worth of her salt would take this game is a different matter.
Many enjoy raunchiness, nevertheless, it should be restricted within the closed doors or while in the company of very close friends. In contrast, while in the training programme, a trainer should posit as an icon of loftiness. He/she should maintain majesty of the training profession at all times and not dent it in any way.
Suppose for a while, all the participants are quite serious. Even then also, who will declare in public that he/she would like to open the third door? While some oddball may do it but in the bargain, at the very beginning, seriousness of the training could get submerged in the guffaw and mirth that may follow after that participant's declaration!
Are you prepared for this risk?
Thanks,

I searched the web to find out if this has been used elsewhere. I found a number of such presentations. When we copy from someone's blog, we should give due recognition and give a link.

Dear Friends ,
When I start my training session I always start with introduction round and I never use traditional method of introduction like stand up and tell me about yourself ? I always start with sit , be comfortable but not introduce yourself introduce your partner name , strength , likes , dislikes .
And I always start my session with casual conversation in training so that my trainees feel comfortable and open I asked why they came here , what's they expecting from the trainer , what they want to learn , what's their vision , what they want to do , and I share my experiences , stories , jokes , case studies , and promote to my trainees to do the same thing .
Thanks
