Dear Mr. Shailesh,

Nice to see such a thread and thanks for sharing the same with us.

Here, I would like to mention a few of my comments as well. Maybe this is only my perception, and you may choose to disregard it:

1. I would not use this document for any kind of training if I were the trainer. The slides are too busy, containing too much information. Some slides are blurred and not clear. Almost all the images have a copyrighted sign watermark, overall not conveying a good message.

2. There is no continuity in the subject, and there is no link between slides. The first slides speak about something, and the others speak about something else; there should be continuity.

There is a lot of room for improvement in this training module. I hope you will consider these points when framing a new one next time.

Dear Dipil,

Thank you for your feedback. The idea is to provide all the necessary information to prepare the presentation in a way that is easy to understand for contract workers. This includes using pictures and writing in the local language.

Regards,
Shailesh

Dear Shailesh,

Very nice effort. However, I do agree with Dipil that there are a few places where two adjacent slides are entirely different, and a few are very busy too. But I don't agree with Dipil on the point that I will not use it. I may use it after a few corrections and will share the same on this thread only.

Anyways, overall good effort. Keep it up.
