Hi All,

I am having an offer from TCS. Currently serving notice period in current company.

I had borrowed loan in bank and due to financial issues in my family i couldn't repay it because of this banks were pressurising to repay the loan. Since I could not pay the money right away.. i had asked bank to give some time to repay it but they didn't give any time and kept on sending recovery agents to my house and creating lots of issues...

Due to this i had filed a suit against bank in the civil court so that they give me time to repay the loan amount..

In the meantime to repay the amount i started searching for jobs and got offer in tcs....

While uploading my documents for background verification in tcs career portal there was a section named security under which it was asked "whether you are involved in any pending or closed civil / criminal cases in the past"

To this question in a hurry I chose as no, now that I have offer and later realising that I should have mentioned this civil case at the time of filling the background verification section....

So my question is will this civil case which I have filed against bank be an issue in my employment with tcs or also am thinking of informing them about this as I don't want to hide anything with them???

Please answer....

Note - I don't have any civil or criminal case against me.... Its me who have filed a case against bank to buy some time to repay the amount...
