Hi, dealing with this sensitive issue requires validation from both ends and instead of searching for a sample letter it would be prudent to call both parties and discussed in confidentiality. Only when you know for sure that the sexual harassment has taken place ask the aggrieved party whether she would be open to legal resort or a warning letter will do. Issuing a warning letter may backfire later on against the company if the aggrieved party (the woman) chooses to opt for a legal recourse later on. Discuss in depth with the alleged perpetrator the legal aspects including arrest and jail, in sufficient detail, and if he agrees to apologize and she accepts the apology then only let the matter rest, officially in writing. Sexual harassment by men against women and vice versa can be interpreted in multiple ways so you need to establish the facts and happenings for record correctly.

Dear Ruchi,
Kindly note that all the issues related to sexual harassment are required to be dealt with the provisions of "Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and  Redressal) Act, 2013", including the appointment of an Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) by each organisation employing 10 or more employees.
Regards,
Surendra
