My query is regarding PF contribution from employee. If I gone through the employer\'s contribution, there are further bifurcation of contribution as pension scheme and PF. I just need to know same bifurcation is in employee\'s contribution too.

hi There is no any bifurcation in employee contribution. But as for as ER it is bifurcated as 8.33% & 3.67%

hi There is no need of any documents for assigning new PF number. You should assign the next number to the last assigned number.

I believe you have enrolled with PF department.
After assigning you should submit nomination form FORM-2 in duplicate. Original should be submitted to department & copy is for office reference.
As now things got online there is no need of submitting nomination form too. you shall do it online itself along with payment.
