What is the annual return filing in this case, do anyone have the format for it.
Our client has asked us to reply for maternity benefit act on below
1. Sample copy of Muster Roll maintained during the review period
2. Details of Maternity Benefit payments made to female workers during the review period
3. Copy of Annual Return filed by Contractors
As of now we don't have anyone eligible for this act,
