I am currently working with an IT Company as an HR Generalist. I got an offer from an upcoming 5 star Hotel in the town.I am in dilemma to move or not also the hotel is gonna provide with SAP and ERP Training. Could anyone guide me all about these Training and how would if these Trainings help me in Future.

Hi,
ERP is the future in every other market, though we may get future updated versions of SAP/oracle/JD edwards etc., people who join into the market rightaway are gonna be benefited much since they gain more experience.
Please make sure that the company/hotel is provides such training, it would a right step to go for it, if it is really genuine.
