Ashraf,
This is an international forum having its branches in almost all the Cities of our Country. The main aim is to groom its members to master public speaking. As rightly opined by Ajit, you can join toastmasters and the fee will be little costlier. It is better to decide as per your will and wish after taking the suggestions of us all.
All the best,
Ganesh

Hi Ashraf

You have touched upon a matter that a large number of people can identify with. I also understand your anxiety to try and overcome your problem by attending and finishing a course in the limited time that you are in India. At this point in time I do not have contact details of those offering the courses covering the modules required by you and available in Vellore, However, I am taking the liberty of sharing a few tips that would also help you and others seeking help on overcoming their shyness, improving their confidence and becoming effective communicators.

For many people who would have had their education in the vernacular medium, getting a good grasp of the English language becomes the most obvious obstacle that saps their confidence, inhibits them from realising their potential and forces them to remain in their self imposed cocoons. Obviously the first step then is to make efforts to surmount this obstacle. Among the many options, the most effective would be attending spoken English classes but that works only when you also supplement the learning with extensive reading, writing and speaking in English.

Secondly, your own personality becomes a problem if you allow comparisons with those whom you judge to be far more superior to you. Instead learn from those whom you see as role models and make simple changes in your dressing, mannerisms, posture, attitude and behaviour. Be open to the comments, observations and feedback that you get from others and adapt as required.

The third major problem that most people face is their inability to confront their fears. The fear mainly pertains to failing and making a fool of one’s self. There would be no one who can claim to have learnt cycling without ever falling of a cycle or learnt swimming without ever experiencing the fear of drowning. Even the best of public speakers experience anxiety, have butterflies in their stomach and need to prepare well for each performance. You will have to gather all your inner strength and put your learning into practice and overlook the occasional blunders and teething problems and focus instead on the steady improvement that you make each time you attempt.

To get you going, the first thing you can do now is to make a list of words in the above reply that you haven’t understood. Using a dictionary find the meanings and make at least one sentence on your own using that word. Find the synonyms and antonyms for those words also. Extend this practice when you read one National English Newspaper, a national magazine and also attempt to read publications like the Readers Digest and motivational books by authors like Dale Carnegie. Zig Zigler and Steven Covey.
