I have recently completed PGDBA in HRM from Symbiosis and have 2 years of experience in a technical role at an MNC. Currently i am looking for a career shift into the HR domain . My queries are as below :-
1. Does correspondence help in the current job market???
2. Should i enroll myself for any specialist training to upgrade my skills??
3.If I have to go for some practical training and knowledge in Generalist area could you please suggest any genuine institutes have an excellent track record
4. Has anybody enrolled in Certified Human Resource Generalist (CHRG) program offered by HR Global. It seems have received accreditation by IAO.

Is CHRP (Certified Human Resource Generalist) course better than (HRPC) Human Resource Professional Certification, or are there any better recommended courses to do for the generalist role ????
