To this end, we are organizing a seminar titled “MANAGING THE HUMAN RESOURCE FUNCTION”. This four (4) day intensive seminar is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of Human Resources function. Its purpose is to meet the direct needs of those who are 'time squeezed' and need an overview of the work, role and key functions of an HR department.
The seminar would be highly participative and practical and would ensure that participants gain 'hands-on' experience through role plays, classroom facilitation, individual and group exercises as well as discussions.
