Can any body pls tell me or privde me a good format of an increment letter. I am working with an insulation company in GCC as planning engineer since last 16 months. Though my designation is planning engg, I have almost single handedly executed the project (value almost 6 million USD). I strongly believe that as per other GCC country insulation industry stds, my salary is very less.
