I m working in municipal corporation. I have sick leave 10 per year. The problem is my supervisor is asking me to take compalsary 3 SL at a time. She told me if i m sick for 1day i have to brought sick certificate for 3 days and take rest for 3 days compalsary. i can not took 1 or 2 SL. Please help me for this is their any rules to it is compalsary to take 3 SL.
