Dear All,
In 2014 i resigned from Bangalore based company Y and joined a new company. Through company Y i applied
for PF Transfer. After 1.5 years when i check with the present company, they said Amount
was not transferred to their Account.
When i contact Bangalore PF Office, initially i was informed saying that "Amount has been Transferred",
with the Bank Transaction details. To my Shock the amount has been transferred to an unknown Account belongs Haryana state. On further follow up with Banaglore PF
Office, they agreed their mistake by saying due to technical reason "amount has been transferred to Invalid Account"
and i was told to inititate the PF Process once again from the Bangalore based company Y.
Once Again with the help of company Y, i initiated the Process. One month back, they rejected the
PF form stating that "Amount is already transferred".
I'm totally clueless on this, Can some one guide me on how to take this forward ( Amount am supposed to get is 15 Lakh )
I have all the mail communication happened between me and PF Office.
Twice i raised the complaint with Home Page, but they closed the case.
P.S.To be very concise they have transferred the amount to an Unknow Account.
