Hello Mr, V.Raghunathan
Thank you for your kind feedback, and I highly appreciate that.
I totally agree with you. I didn't mean that you need to recruit all-in-one employee who owns all of these 9 qualities or 9 types of these employees at the same time.
As I mentioned in the conclusion: Hope to hear more from you next time.

Ms. Yen Tran,

Please don't mond if I ask, are you really serious or the document has been prepared just to lure the customers for your manpower company? I suppose it is merely a hypothetical supposition.

The qualities listed in the documents, of course are ideal, and any boss would like his subordinate employees to possess all such qualities. But, the question arises, is it possible for a recruiter at the time of recruitment to judge even any one of the quality existing in a candidates for employment, until he really demonstrates such traits during their performance in employment after he is recruited?

If so, being related to a manpower company, can you please suggest for the guidance of the recruiters:

What yardsticks, methods or criteria a recruiter should apply to enable him judge such qualities in the candidate at the time of recruitment whether the candisate is --

"go-better"

"reliable"

"a cheer-leader"

"strategy orienter"

"a leader"

"creative"

"a problem solver"

"agile"

"versatile"

Agreeing with Shri V.Raghunathan, I may say, even after his recruitment, none of the employee can prove to be possessing even 2-3 of the nine qualities/ traits listed by you, where even most of bosses cannot also be considered to possess even 50% of such qualities

My belief is, even if a single employee possesses all such qualities, he would not need any boss to be put over his/her head, and even if boss is still there, that employee would definitely supercede the boss in further promotions during his employment.

So, would you please like to enlist the methods a recruiter should adopt to be able to recruite persons with all such qualities or the bosses should work in getting such like rare type of employees?

Dear Mr. PS Dhingra,

Thanks for your feedback. I highly appreciate your contribution to my content.

As you might see in my response to Mr. V.Raghunathan above, I agree with you that I also make a conclusion in my article that These 9 types of employees are not necessarily all-in-one individuals, or you should recruit them all in your organization. Please DON'T think that way.

If you don't mind, you can simply consider they are 9 traits/qualities of great employees that all employers desire. As a recruiter, you will not want to miss candidates who possess at least 1 of these following traits of valuable employees.

Regarding your question at the beginning of your comment:

I think you've had an answer for yourself already. You consider citehr is a community of traders and salespersons, don't you?

For me, citehr is a great community for HR to share and discuss HR knowledge and practices as well as support each other in tough cases.

Thanks again and wish you all the best.
