hi nalini,
the objective of my project is to analyze the current and new trends in recruitment. so for that, i have prepared a questionnaire and i hav visited 6 compnies so far in blore namely, oracle, ibm, aol,logica, robert bosch, l&t infotech etc.still 3 more to go.so that i wud know about these companies recruitment policies, and thier plans for future, i am willing to share the info, if someone is ready to help me. may i have ur mail id and whre u work plz, so that i can mail u.mine is , and i am doin mba from xavier institute of mgmt and entrepreneurship blore.thank you for ur help and hope u will continue to do so.

would you please share some experience to make recruitment process
fool proof for IT comps and a light weight process so that recruitment team are not budened with exhaustive process of sorting, scrutiny, calling, tracking, examining, interviewing and finalizing. because it takes efforts on both side hr as well tech teams how to make their interface seam lessly

e-recruitment means employing a software inorder to screen resumes and performing combination etc.
Recruitment via internet means that posts are advertised through the internet (own website or other job sites) and collecting, screening and scruitnizing resumes all over the internet.
