Currently, I am Working in a Limited Company in Delhi and my basic salary is 18,500 Rupees per month after the deduction of ESI - 139 rupees and PF - 1,800 rupees, I got a Net salary of 16,561 Rupees.
in my salary structure mention the Veriable amount is 2,000 Rupees per month I never got this amount from Oct 2020 to Feb 2023 so please check and tell me what can I do about this.
and mention PLB @ 100% Payout with condition Eligibility – Employee should be active and not serving the notice period at the time of disbursement of PLB. but in the HR policy and also in Separation Policy I didn't find any information about it.
what kind of legal action can I take and what I get in Full and Final if I resign at the End of April 2023?

Hi Ashish-Chaturvedi,
Currently you are an active employee. You haven't submitted resignation.
You didn't approached your HR and your employer didn't denied anything. So why you are talking about legal action which is a last remedy.
So first discuss with your HR and enquire about variable pay & PLB amount doubt. Do not disclose that you are planning for resignation. Get things clarified and if your employer denies your benefit and come and share here.
As a individual when you think about legal action Employer who had invested lot of money will think more than you. Be positive and always try for amicable remedy rather than complicating things.
