Good choice for your Posting Swapna.
No wonder the awe & respect the name TATA brings even from the common man in the street is well deserved.
Like they say: Respect is earned, not taken.
And if one were to look @ the Tata legacy from Jamshetji Tata [a sort of look-alike of Rabindranath Tagore with his flowing beard, his statue is in the premises of IISc], JRD Tata followed by Ratan Tata seem to have taken it from height to height. Let's hope Ratan Tata's successor maintains the tempo & spirit of the Tata name.

Oh! What a learning orientation from the subject of Smt Sudha Murthy's letter to JRD TATA. I trust, by now it must have already become a glorious case study to promising Indian B school students regarding any HRD topic related to ' Organizational Culture ', ' Organizational Values ', and Organizational Dynamism ' etc. It's no wonder why then INFOSYS is not only on US IT map, but more than that, it is on World IT map too, with one such as, Smt Sudha Murthy life partner of it's pioneer Sri Narayana Murthy. Somewhere along the line, both together had the spirit and best wishes of JRD Tata behind them. What if, when if the Indian Industrial all time legent JRD Tata is not physically amidst us now?.
