Hi Sridhar,
Thanks for the nice presentation. However, it would be wise to give proper references for the conepts and ideas of others used in the preparation, to avoid unintentional plagiarism.
Have a nice day.

Dear Seniors,
Its been more than 1 yr of experience of mine working as a Sales Coordinator in a Software Company since last year I did my BSC. I was a fresher at that time so I joined in this company. But I am also pursuing MBA in HR (Second Sem) from SMU (Distance Education) and I have a grat enthusiasm for HR field. But I am very much confused that the job profile I am working presently will not lead me to HR field. So I am very ambigous that after completion of my MBA, I will not be having relevent experience in HR, so I will not be hired in arena of HR.
Please consider this very earnestly....
Thanks & regards,
Jaspreet

:)hi ambika, what i can suggest you regarding your problem of having an experience of 6 mnths is that just start up with working in a consultancy of your state in which they'll provide with you the basic knowledge about the HR personnel work which a new entrant must know about it and then you can move on...ladder by ladder...:icon1:
