Campus recruitment is your best option. Depending on the institute you approach, your payment to the fresher will vary.

Since you seem to have used CiteHR earlier, I don't quite understand the reason(s) for this thread......you could have just used the 'research' facility @ the top of this page to get the reply to your query. UNLESS you have any specific aspects unique to your Company. Pl elaborate.
However, like Ryan Barretto suggested, as a thumbrule, Campus drives would be the most appropriate way to hire freshers.
