Can somebody give me suggestions on how to improve customer satisfaction or customer order fulfillment as in my organizaton i have been charge of customer order process but i want to do some new process as which shuld help customer to satisfied.

There are only tow ways you can modify or improve customer service process
• by doing a survey. Ask Customer service related questions that directly relate to your company process. Analyze the response and based on it do the necessary modification in your process.
• Since your trying to improve your processes why don’t you do Process Mapping. Map all the processes then create a work flow chart then critically analyze the process. Remember when you’re analyzing process you need to consider tow factors effectiveness & efficiency.
• Effectiveness of process: how the process is flowing
• Efficiency of the process is the time frame in which the process starts & ends.
Note: a process work flow can be effective but not necessary efficient and you need both to run the business.
