You might first start by using the word PLEASE in your post.
Secondly, tell us what you have planned already, what the results of your Training Needs Analysis shows, and how this training is to be delivered.
If you are not a Trainer, then you may be better to outsource this work to more qualified people.
If we are talking about medical skills, and not something simpler like interpersonal or administration skills, then it is a whole different ball game.
A hospital needs nurses trained in specialist skills, it is not like any other workplace training. The fact that you are asking this question indicates that management do not have a proper perspective on this matter. I certainly would be very reluctant to come to this hospital if I was sick, if this is the case.

Had taken Transactional Analysis with a group of Nurses in Hindi. They returned back after a month and gave a very good feedback. They said it helped them to deal with various personalities at work place
