According to me, One HR Head & one Assistance to HR Head to take care of all Hr - Adminstrative issue & assist to him for all other activities and one recuriter is enough. Sneha

For a growing company such as yours with Head count of 30 and looking to become 60 I would suggest you should have 1 HR executive (HR General + Recruitment), 1 Finanace (Finanace + Salary processing) and 1 fresher or jr. recruiter (Helping HR exxcutive in his tasks)...
For small organizations I would suggest some one with fair experience of around 2-3 years in similar kind of companies... Make sure you have simple process and policies and not to complex which require lot of manpower to handle....

Am the single Recruitment Executive for a company with 800+ headcount. But in the entire HR perspective, you should have Generalist with another executive who can assist the higherups handson with hiring, admin, training, payroll, facilities, onboarding etc
