I want to know about pension fund. Is it possible that a employee has been complete his service length continue 9 year and 8 month in a company and can he withdraw pension fund instead of pension certificate from EPFO.

I want to know that EPFO has issued us scheme certificate against our submitted form 10-c (total service length 9yrs & 8 month) while we had applied for pension fund instead of scheme certificate.
Can I surrender scheme certificate and again apply for pension fund.

You can surrender the same consequent to taking up job again to concerned PF Office under acknowledgement.

we are trying to register with EPFO but we are unable to complete the registration process. we have successfully registered digital signature in portal but the problem occurred while uploading the digitally signed documents, try multiple time to upload the digitally signed documents in the portal and even the size of all files documents is arount 4 mb only.
when we are uploading the documents the following error showing
''No matching registered digital signatory details found''
Please suggest to resolve the solution for this problem.
