Hi, Our's is a Start-up Pvt. Ltd firm in IT industry and we are registered with AP Shops and Establishments. It's been a year since we started.
Please provide some clarity about the maternity policy as we have around 6 female staff who might be eligible for the Maternity leave.
Currently we already have 1 staff who availed the maternity benefit. How we handle the situation in case need arises for the rest of the female staff in near future.
Please guide in terms of financial perspective how to handle this.
