I am drafting an offer & appointment letter, can anyone guide me with the clause of "termination of employment" :
where:
"The company shall have right to terminate your service without a reason or a notice" ...can be mentioned in the offer letter?
Is this correct?
Pls, guide me on what is the exact terms for termination.
