Hi , I have my name as Dinesh in my uan pf account but actually my name is Dinesh Kumar, previous company as put my name as Dinesh and created pf account as Dinesh , as in aadhar it was mentioned as Dinesh , now I have changed my name as Dinesh Kumar in aadhar also requested for name change in pf account Last month, but it is still pending, now i got a new job next week is my joining so will it cause any problem in joining new company as in my pf account my name is Dinesh not Dinesh Kumar

Hi,

It shouldn't be a issue.

But you should update your Employer about the changes made.

Nowadays normally Employer refer Aadhar or UAN card for preparing Appointment letter. So update them and request for Appointment order name as "Dinesh Kumar " as per revised Aadhar.

No, not an issue.
But problem with EPF. If your name is not as per Aadhar then it will problem when you will withdrawal your contributed amount.
Update you record in EPF database as per education and Aadhar.
Aadhar database is linked with EPF data base.
Online facility is also available from member end.

As i said I have applied for name change as Dinesh kumar in epfoportal and i have applied it yesterday only so it will take time to change, but next week monday I am joining new company so it will not create any problem right,?, In my new company which I am going to join I have given my name as Dinesh Kumar, but in Uan / pf account it is Dinesh , so it will not create any problem in joining nee company right?
