Thanks for this useful information. We have already recovered @ 7/- during December 2014 and remitted in January 2015. Whether this contribution needs to be enhanced or the amendment is applicable only for December 2015 recovery payable in January 2016 ?

It is applicable for the year 2015. So, you should deduct the above mentioned amount in December 2015 and to be paid in Jan 2016.

Remitted Rs.21 (Rs.7+Rs.14) for the year 2014 and paid in January. At the time of Asst.Inspector Labour inspection, they said me to remitted and pay the balanced amount for new amendment Rs.30 (Rs.10+Rs.20) i.e., Rs.3. Kindly suggest.

Please find the Andhra Pradesh Gazette notification on amendment to the AP Labour Welfare Fund. As per the new amendment Employee and Employer contributions are Rs.30/- and Rs.70/- respectively (Rs.100/- PA).
As per the notification the effective date for the above is 23rd April 2015.
